We term clinical information as that which is collected or collated as a product of the service that we provide you. Clinical information is that which consists of physiological measurements and/or the results of tests that we undertake. Clinical information may also be the knowledge of pre-existing medical conditions and/or prescribed or previously prescribed medications.
